Refund Policy


According to our book minds policy, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless books are delivered in damaged condition or misprinted.

To get a refund, your purchased item must be unused and it should in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a invoice or proof of purchase from our bookstore.

Unless any damage of the book or missing part of pages, we do not accept returns as per policy.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once, your return item is received and inspected our team will contact you or send you an email to notify you that, we have received your returned item, and also we mention you of the approval or rejection of your refund item.

Once our team approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet as per mentioned period of time please first check your bank account again, and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

In Returns we only refund you original priced item, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
